**Responsibilities**:
- **The shift is from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday on-site positions. (Not remote)**:
- Identifying and resolving the root cause of office hardware, network, and software malfunctions
- New desktop/laptop installations and troubleshooting
- Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining contractual service levels
- Utilize your experience and knowledge for customer documentation development
- Perform hardware warranty and non-warranty repairs of desktops, notebooks, printers, servers, and network equipment as well as point of sale and other non-traditional end-user equipment
- Prepare real-time, accurate, and detailed notes within the ticketing system
Competencies And Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of customer service. (internal and external)
- Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply to store staff and helpdesk analysts
- Strong troubleshoot and consulting skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Strong technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly on the job
- Driven towards outstanding customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
- Be motivated and self-paced individual

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
