- **Lush Flower Boutique is Brampton's newest Boutique Style Flower Shop**_ offering long lasting modern luxury flowers. We are looking for an Experienced Floral Designer/Helper who can work fast paced, has a creative sense of style, has initiative & is customer & job focused.

**Duties**:

- Efficiently create floral designs of all styles in vases, bloom box and hand tied bouquets as per recipe catalogue
- Will need to create bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres etc for our Design Division.
- Wash buckets weekly and remove dead blooms counting stock and recording
- Condition flowers on arrival for optimum freshness
- Works fast paced and can work independendtly
- Counting of inventory monthly and writing on excel sheet
- Set up decor and assist in off site setting up of events
- Keeping warehouse neat and tidy at all time taking care to stay organized and pack things back
- Take care of tools with cleanign and care
- Complete other flower shop tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of recent floral design experience in a flower shop setting with fresh flowers
- Must have previous experience designing bridal bouquets
- Excellent verbal communication & written English language skills
- Available to meet business & customer demand, including weekends & extended hours during all holidays and events.
- Able to establish priorities, work both independently & in a team environment.
- Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs or more & stand/be on your feet for long periods.
- This starts of part time but will lead to a full time position

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
