As a Laboratory Assistant II, you will be responsible for pre-analytical specimen handling, transport, accessioning, processing and storage. You will also be responsible for responding to inquiries, cleaning, monitoring and preventative maintenance of lab equipment and work areas, maintaining common supplies, updating inventories and data sheets and participating in lab quality and safety requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Effective interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience providing leadership, coaching and constructive feedback. Demonstrated ability to work independently, perform various troubleshooting, manage competing priorities and conflicts. Experience with timekeeping, payroll, and scheduling responsibilities. Working knowledge of functional areas, workflows, and processes in pre-analytics.
