- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- Oversee the 3PL operations servicing some of North Americas largest furniture retailers
- Supporting our office teams to ensure they are meeting targets, supported in their roles, managing their time off requests, escalations
- Working with our teams to consistently hit goal of 4.85 or greater with respect to driver surveys and on-time deliveries of 95% or higher
- Driver Compliance:

- Managing our front-line teams with respect to delivery quality and customer service management
- Setting our teams up with additional training with AMJ’s safety and compliance team
- Providing additional customer service training when appropriate
- Claims
- Working with our 3rd party claim adjusters to ensure claims are settled efficiently
- Mitigate customer escalations
- Managing the communication between AMJ and our Home Delivery accounts
- Warehouse
- Working in tandem with our leadership in the warehouse to ensure there is consistent and efficient communication between front office and warehouse teams
- Account Metrics / Processes
- Timely billing communication (initial submission and follow up)
- Prompt handling of customer service escalations and handling (provide timely responses and resolutions from the office team)
- Management of the shared drives / online communication with our accounts
- Weekly revenue and incident reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- **Qualifications**_
- Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time
- Dedicated and highly self-motivated with initiative and a 100% positive attitude at all times
- Possesses integrity, exceptional teamwork skills and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening skills
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous accounting and administration experience is an asset but not required
