**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize the inventory and tools in the shop as well as on internal software
- Prepare orders for delivery according to schedule.
- Update inventory records as ordered.
- Maintain inventory control records including price lists, delivery records, etc.
- Communicate with maintenance staff, vendors, and other Panoramic Properties Inc staff as appropriate.
- Provide professional service at all times at the Panoramic Properties Inc location including but not limited to: ordering, inventory management, reporting, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in contruction supplies or related industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word) with ability to learn new software quickly. Our prefered software is Limble for inventory and tool management.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
