Inventory Control Specialist
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish stock as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and streamline processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
