**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicles to potential buyers and explain features
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle performance
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Market vehicles effectively to attract potential buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
