**Key Responsibilities and duties**
- Discuss potential project requirements and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
- Planning out the requirements for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Assembling and leading the project team
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests on JIRA and relevant project management tools
- Experience in Agile project management and scrum methodology
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Organize and produce meeting content, document meeting minutes, track follow-ups, write deliverable action plans, and project updates to senior management
- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Directly reporting to EVP - Delivery, and Director of Product development.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development

management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Proficient in the use of a computer, with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Jira skill sets
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Technical knowledge is good to have but not mandate
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Financial domain project management a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
