We are currently looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team in Bedford, NS. You will be responsible for working closely with our clients and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure the accurate and seamless management of our projects according to the project schedule and budget
- Work directly with our management team in pricing, change orders and submitting quotes promptly
- Submit the required contract and insurance documents to the client
- Work in conjunction with the GM and Production Lead Hand to schedule production according to project schedule
- Set up project forecasting and project overview sheets
- Attend project job meetings with the client and sub-contractors
- Establish a collaborative team approach for communication and job requirements with the project team
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings, tracking all changes
- Order materials and schedule delivery as needed for manufacturing and installation

**What you need**:

- 2 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably in the millwork industry
- Strong managerial, communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Expert in reading and interpreting architectural and woodworking drawings and specifications
- Relevant post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with AutoCAD would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with millwork industry and AWMAC standards would also be considered an asset
