**What will you do**:

- Lead/support global website modernization efforts including optimization and standardization of core global site enhancements to enhance end-to-end Client experiences.
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach to evolve our digital channels and strategies, to optimize experiences and deepen Client engagement.
- Identify, recommend, and deliver initiatives and marketing activation strategies in support of corporate digital channels aligned to business results and strategic outcomes.
- Lead digital channel engagement performance reporting, including definition of objectives and key results, drive analysis/interpretation of digital channel analytics and metrics to ensure a Client-centric, data
- and insights-driven approach to identify continuous optimizations, as well as to connect marketing programs/activities to business results.
- Be a thought leader, stay on top of industry trends, evolving regulations, channel requirements, competitive intelligence and promote the latest innovations across our digital channels.

**Operational Management**:

- Build and manage internal Client and vendor relationships to ensure strategy and tactical implementation of programs are efficient, effective, and meet objectives.
- Ensure delivery of projects/initiatives on time and on budget.

**Team Leadership and Management**:

- Manage a team with 4 direct reports, as well as an Agile delivery squad.
- Highly dynamic, credible leader who attracts and retains top talent.
- Support talent growth and team engagement opportunities.
- Foster and promote a positive, dynamic working and learning environment.
- Staff and develop the team according to strategic direction and technical requirements.

**What do you need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience at a large enterprise, ideally within a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading enterprise level portfolios and programs and being results-driven.
- Strong data orientation and understanding of digital analytics with the ability to interpret to make key decisions.
- Expertise in problem solving, negotiation, and expectation setting.
- Superior influencing and communication skills.
- Strong collaborator across teams and Enterprise functions.
- Strong role model for and leader of change; ability to influence a global team and partners.
