Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space.

Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.

Currently there is a full-time opening for a Customer Support Representative. This position presents a substantial career opportunity within the Quik’s Farm team. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work with Sales Manager to create floral programs for various mass market accounts across Western Canada
- Assist in programming samples, photography, and product listings into internal and external databases.
- Assist with taking sales calls and managing communications for several accounts, taking orders from individual stores, and providing customer service as necessary.
- Prepare customer specific information packages that provide the highest possible level of transparency and clarity on programs.
- Assist in costing of product to various regions, entering all applicable and up-to-date cost factors while ensuring marketability of product to be quoted.
- Download, graph, and monitor sales data for various accounts.
- Assist with order entry and summary creation with efficient follow-through to purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications & requirements**:

- Must be advanced at using Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Possess strong and effective communication skills.
- Ensure superior level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas.
- Effectively identify and prioritize tasks on day-to-day basis.
- Ability to multi-task in a high production environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills essential to developing lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to take initiative on challenging assignments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas of improvement in existing business processes.

- **Education**: Completion of Grade 12. Post secondary business admin certificate or degree will be considered an asset. Experience in a cut floral company or further understanding of the floral business will be strongly considered a key asset.
- **Work Experience**:Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment and in a field related to Sales, Customer Service, Administration, or Reception. Experience in horticulture/agriculture will be considered an asset.
- **Language**: Must be fluent in English language.

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work. Benefits and competitive wages are offered based on level of experience, job position, and value you can bring to the team.
