Êtes-vous un(e) professionnel(le) des ventes axé(e) sur les résultats et vous êtes reconnu pour le dépassement des objectifs? Vous aimez développer des relations d’affaires et vous aimez générer la croissance des ventes? Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) directeur(trice) de compte énergique pour rejoindre notre équipe bien soudée au sein des Marché Spéciaux

Sous la supervision du Directeur national des Marchés Spéciaux, le directeur(trice) de compte est responsable de maintenir et de développer un portefeuille existant d'activités à risques spéciaux tout en recherchant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance avec des courtiers/consultants existants dans un territoire donné.

Les principales responsabilités seront de:

- Établir de nouvelles relations et développer des relations existantes avec des courtiers et des partenaires de distribution avec un contact régulier, y compris des visites sur site.
- Maintenir et développer un portefeuille existant d'activités à risques spéciaux. Vous chercherez également des opportunités de vente croisée ou supplémentaire.
- Mener des négociations financières lors des renouvellements annuels.
- Mener et participer à des présentations de finalistes et à des présentations pour conseillers et clients.
- Agir comme agent(e) de liaison pour tous les aspects du cycle de vie du client, y compris les explications sur les produits, les avenants, les problèmes de réclamation, les communications, etc.
- Établir des tarifs qui reflètent le risque, qui sont compétitifs et qui ne compromettent pas la rentabilité, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire régional et/ou le responsable du bureau ou de la souscription.
- Rassembler toutes les informations pertinentes et préparer des devis. Examiner toutes les polices avant le renouvellement. Confirmer que les informations sont à jour et qu'il existe des opportunités de vente supplémentaires. Confirmer que le taux reflète le risque et l'expérience en matière de réclamations.
- Participer à des événements de l'industrie représentant iA Marchés Spéciaux.
- Ce que nous recherchons :_
- Permis en assurance de personnes et en assurance collective de l’Autorité des marchés financiers
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience en risques spéciaux ou en assurance collective, volet vie et santé
- Deux ans et plus d'expérience en ventes
- Compétences démontrées en communication, relations interpersonnelles et négociation
- Excellentes aptitudes linguistiques en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit en raison des interactions fréquentes avec une clientèle anglophone et francophone à travers le Canada.

Désignation CEBS ou FLMI (ou serait prêt à le terminer dans les trois ans suivant l’embauche)
