Titre du poste- COMMIS AU GRILL, Services alimentaires, Entreprises auxiliaires- Période de l’emploi- Poste temporaire jusqu’au 31 décembre 2024, avec possibilité de renouvellement- Endroit- Moncton- Type- Personnel métiers/services- Type de poste- Temporaire- Secteur- Services alimentaires, Entreprises auxiliaires- Fonction et information générale- Sous l’autorité immédiate du chef exécutif, les aides de cuisine préparent, font chauffer et complètent la cuisson d’aliments simples. Plus précisément, ces personnes exercent une partie ou l’ensemble des fonctions suivantes:
RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Laver, éplucher, trancher et parer les denrées alimentaires en se servant d’appareils manuels et électriques;
- Utiliser la friteuse, le gril, le four, les distributeurs et d’autres équipements pour préparer des plats rapides, comme des sandwiches, des hamburgers, des frites, des salades, de la crème glacée, des laits frappés et d’autres boissons, etc.;
- Diviser les aliments en portions, les assembler et les emballer ou les poser directement sur des assiettes pour les servir aux clients, et emballer les aliments à emporter;
- Respecter les normes d’entreposage des aliments et prendre la température des réfrigérateurs;
- Faire la rotation et la préparation des denrées dans le but de limiter les pertes d’aliments;
- Utiliser de l’équipement pour préparer des boissons chaudes spécialisées telles que le café ou le thé;
- Servir les aliments aux clients, au comptoir ou à la table de buffet;
- Remplir les réfrigérateurs et les comptoirs de salades et tenir des registres des quantités d’aliments consommés;
- Nettoyer les tables de travail, les armoires et les appareils;
- Sortir les déchets et nettoyer les poubelles de la cuisine;
- Déballer et ranger les provisions dans les réfrigérateurs, les armoires et autres endroits réservés au rangement;
- Balayer et essuyer les planchers et exécuter d’autres tâches pour aider le cuisinier et le personnel de cuisine;
- Laver la vaisselle, les verres, les ustensiles, les marmites et les casseroles à la main ou à la machine;
- Ranger la vaisselle à l’endroit prévu;
- Port de l’uniforme établit par le service alimentaire et respect des normes d’hygiène personnelle
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe demandée par le superviseur.
- Particularités- EXIGENCES:
- Avoir l’âge minimum requis pour travailler au Nouveau-Brunswick;
- Posséder une formation de sécurité alimentaire;
- Avoir une présentation soignée et professionnelle;
- Salaire- De 16 $ à 17 $/heure- Fermeture du concours- Le 2 octobre 2024- Entrée en fonction- Dès que possible- Numéro de référence- UM24-OUR145_M04545-00
