Cinesite Vancouver is currently seeking an Associate Production Manager to join our Feature Animation team. As a member of Production team, the Associate Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of certain departments within the pipeline to meet the quality of the shows as scheduled. **Our Production team**

At Cinesite Vancouver, the production team are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our feature films by working with the specific departments and communicating with the rest of the production team. In Production we look for strong organizational and communication skills. As well as working collaboratively as a team, Production works with every other departments in the studio.

**What you will be doing**
- Oversee the schedule and budget of the departments they are responsible for
- Flag any delivery concerns from the script and as they arise throughout production
- Update coordinators on deadlines, scheduling and workflow issues
- Track, assign and manage deadlines with departments and coordinators
- Collaborate with other departments for optimization, solving issues and ensuring continuity
- Work closely with other teams (including support and pipeline) to avoid bottlenecks
- Prioritize production needs and communicate these appropriately to the wider studio
- Communicate changes to all relevant parties with appropriate notice

**What you bring to the team**
- Excellent problem solver and makes decisions in a timely manner
- Efficient time management and strong understanding of resource management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the department and the rest of the studio
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical people
- Solid understanding of feature animation pipeline
- Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented skills to meet production budget and schedule parameters
