**Responsibilities**:
- Spend the day preparing meetings with clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Additional administrative functions to include expense reports, travel coordination, operational tracking documentation (budgets, Project schedules, weekly progress reports, etc.), and preparation of documents and presentations.
- Plan community events
- Knows how to build systems, lead funnels and act as a first point of contact in researching/responding to routine inquiries - Manage the companys client base
- Comfortable on the phone
- Complete paperwork
- Perform any other needed duties as required
*Experience with BREB, Matrix, ShowingTime, Broker Bay, Canva, Follow up Boss, Google sheets, forms & slides are not required but are an asset*
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
