Winnipeg, Canada Robinson Lighting Ltd. Full time

Recruit and orient all new employees to their positions and the company.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, coaching, and counseling.
- Develop and manage sales and operating budgets for the branch.
- Coordinate and supervise special projects such as trade shows and home shows.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized; oversee product inventories and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Oversee management of inventories within budget and maintenance of accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the building is properly maintained and that building security measures are adhered to.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety and health policies and procedures.
- Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures and are continually provided with ongoing system, sales and product knowledge training.
- Serve as a liason between other branches, Head Office and suppliers.

Qualifications to be considered for this opportunity:

- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Lighting industry knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adept at learning new software
- Valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
