**Job Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify new leads and convert them into opportunities through prospecting tools.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Achieve sales goals through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database and manage CRM.
- Bridge client concerns and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Communicate industry developments to the Sales and Product Management teams.
- Provide post-sale support and assist with credit/AR matters if necessary.
- Demonstrate products and provide training on Lorex assortment.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a focus on customer service.

Competency Profile:

- Strong customer focus and ability to learn new product specifications quickly.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and identify upsell opportunities.
- Active listening skills and the ability to provide adequate solutions.

Background Experiences:

- One year working experience in dealing with B2B clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools.
- Degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Experience in the security industry is beneficial but not required.
