For nearly 100 years, Bradshaw International has been a leading provider of kitchenware products. Formed in 1969 as an importer of seasonal housewares, our “family" has grown to become a leading North American housewares supplier. We have a cross section of company brands, licensed brands and private label brands. Currently we are seeking a Marketing Manager to be based out of the Canadian head office in Vaughn, Ontario.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Marketing Manager must be able to communicate effectively with all areas of the company including:

- Senior Management - To establish and execute category strategies that will drive product & category initiatives.
- Marketing Team - To establish relationship with US colleagues to build and execute marketing strategies.
- Sales Team - To support customer marketing initiatives and presentations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Main point of contact with USA organization for new product development, brand strategies, and representation of Canadian marketplace and needs.
- Develop brand and private label strategies.
- Lead internal and external communication on brand, company, and market activities.
- Build and activate digital marketing plans for social, DTC and retailer partners ecommerce.
- Plan and maintain the annual marketing budget.
- Create brand presentations.
- Understand and evaluate the Canadian market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities.
- Lead product sourcing and development with existing overseas manufacturers to meet product and client requirements. Work with existing factories to modify products to meet the requirements of the customer. Negotiate pricing and MOQ with factories to ensure maximum profitability.
- Initiate and manage the creative process involved with product and packaging design goals.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing/brand management experience preferably in the CPG or big box retail space. Kitchenware/Cleaning/Bakeware knowledge greatly appreciated.
- Bachelor’s Degree or other 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations in small/large audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Strategic thinking skills and proven experience generating original ideas.
- Track record of creating and executing plans for company brands, licensed brands and private label
- Strong leadership and project management skills in order to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills in using data to make sound recommendations affecting business decisions and results.
- Problem solver that works through to solutions.
