Allied Technical Solutions Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Toronto, ON.

**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administration of the human resources function. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and terminations. The Human Resources Administrator will also assist with employee relations and benefits, as well as other functions as needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Do Here**:

- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status, within the ERP and offline
- Responsible for ensuring all transactions related to the employee life cycle are submitted accurately and within the required payroll deadlines. For example, new hire paperwork, terminations, benefits, compensation changes, taxable benefits
- Participate in data audits
- Maintain organizational charts
- Generate new and ad hoc HRIS reports as needed by the HR department
- Help Manage company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs) on-line

**Hiring**
- Prepare new Employee Orientation and training packages and assist in offboarding employees including communication with payroll and IT
- Drafting offer letters, onboarding new employees, collecting all new hire paperwork, submission of IT needs, access to software and hardware, and follow up to ensure all needs are in place prior to the employee start date

**Employee Retention**
- Create a library of course content; ensure seamless employee access
- Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements

**Compensation**
- Support Managers with performance review processes, performance development plans and merit increase processes
- In charge of investigating and answering employee questions associated with their pay, group benefits, RRSPs and general questions regarding policies, etc
- Maintain budget and forecasts of personnel costs. Provide context where actual expenditures vary
- Oversee WSIB claims to ensure they are appropriate submission and monitoring
- Working closely with the JHSC, prepare meeting agendas, participate in monthly inspections and meetings, etc

**Required Skills**:

- 2-5 years experience as a HR Administrator or Coordinator
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes, best practices and employment law
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate with employees and the leadership team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability using Google Workspace,SaaS Software company experience an asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources would be an asset

**Salary**: $37,387.04-$65,922.75 per year
