- Dispatch drivers and track their progress using GPS and transportation management systems
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including data entry into AS400 or other relevant systems

- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management preferred
- Proficiency in using GIS, GPS, and transportation management systems
- Strong data entry skills and familiarity with AS400 or similar software
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics terminology
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
