We are looking for a passionate and energetic Dispatcher Supervisor to join the company and grow with the company.

**Scope**

The Dispatcher Supervisor will work as a member of our operation department to communicate directly with drivers, dispatching them based on shipping requirements. They will work with all areas of the operations to ensure that the shipping requirements are adhered to and will ensure that a constant line of communication remains open with assigned drivers to ensure that performance expectations are met and exceeded.

**Main duties**
- Create ACI/ACE manifest and clearing customs.
- Excellent knowledge of cross-border transport rules and regulations
- Keen knowledge of North American geography.
- Receive requests from Truck Drivers.
- Load booking (hot booking/deals) and communicate with the customers to negotiate rate.
- Input order entries in Avval/Fleet Manager system.
- Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, drivers and equipment using a Avaal/ Fleet Manager.
- Dispatch drivers according to written schedules and work orders, or as required as needed.
- Advise vehicle operators of route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, weight and size restrictions and other information
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Maintain vehicle operator work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
- Maintain computer and manual records of mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses, and generate reports.
- Load booking (hot booking/deals) and communicate with the customers to negotiate rate.
- Familiar working with Load Link/Truckstop
- Tracking and tracing of load and shipment and updating customers.

**Employment requirements**
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Must have experience communicating with drivers, load planning, dispatching drivers, troubleshooting loads and equipment repairs.
- Proficiency of using Avval and Fleet Manager system.
- Must have more than 3 years of experience in coordinating with customers and drivers for timely pickup and delivery of freight in Canada and USA.
- Must be able to prove it upon hiring.
