- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) spécialiste en procédés administratifs pour combler un poste permanent à temps complet au service des comtes à recevoir du Centre administratif, situé à Pointe-Claire.
- Le ou la spécialiste en procédés administratifs est responsable de:
- La comptabilité et des analyses de fin de période et de fin d’année pour le service;
- La planification du cycle de fin de période et de fin d’année pour le service;
- La supervision de façon fonctionnelle et conseille au quotidien l'équipe du service;
- La supervision, le rôle conseil et la participation aux activités de facturation, d'encaissements et de recouvrement des comptes.

À titre d'information, les compétences du titre d'emploi seront évaluées par une entrevue.
- L'horaire de travail est de 8h00 à 16h00, du lundi au vendredi.- Requirements:
- Aptitudes:
- Sens du service à la clientèle;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe;
- Capacité à tisser des liens de travail avec les partenaires internes et externes;
- Facilité à établir des relations interpersonnelles harmonieuses, tact et courtoisie;
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais;
- Capacité de synthèse et d'analyse;
- Capacité à œuvrer dans un contexte de transformation;
- Orientation vers l'amélioration continue;
- Professionnalisme, initiative et débrouillardise;
- Sens des responsabilités, honnêteté et discrétion;
- Gestion des priorités, flexibilité et autonomie.- Doit détenir un baccalauréat en sciences de l'administration ou dans une autre discipline universitaire appropriée (sciences comptables);
- Maîtrise la communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit; (service à la clientèle en contexte anglophone);
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Est membre de l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréées du Québec, un atout.
