**What you’ll do**:
You will contribute and provide support to the development and implementation of Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing initiatives, programs and policies for Federated Co-operatives Limited and our Local Co-ops across Western Canada. Specifically, you will:

- Support and conduct research, analyze data, and provide and implement recommendations to develop, advance and sustain enterprise-wide program initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Collect and analyze workforce data and workplace culture information to move FCL and our local Co-op’s forward in their respective Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing journeys.
- Participate in and support inclusion networks and associated task teams
- Get comfortable being uncomfortable while guiding others to do the same, constructively challenging the way we think to ensure we are creating a psychologically safe environment where all employees can bring their whole selves to work

**Why it matters**:We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.**Who you are**:You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources or Social Sciences
- You have a minimum of 3-6 years of related Human Resources experience. A background or knowledge of diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing would be considered an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- A Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) or Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) designation is not mandatory but considered an asset.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
