We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Sourcing Manager to add to our team

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to procure materials and services efficiently.

2. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

4. Utilize Visual systems to track inventory levels and optimize procurement processes.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align sourcing strategies accordingly.

6. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

7. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.

8. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing initiatives.

9. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.

10. Understand supplier capabilities and support in verifying new suppliers based on the project requirements.

**Job Specific Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

3. Strong understanding of vendor management practices and principles.

4. Proficiency in VISUAL or similar procurement systems is preferred.

5. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

6. Strong analytical skills for detail in pricing and market analysis.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

8. Familiarity with fabrication processes/custom manufacturing (BTO) is a plus but not required.

9. Ability to assess, evaluate and manage risks associated with the procurement process, such as compliance supply chain interruption and supplier failure.

10. Work hand-in-hand with Estimating and Project Management in developing and implementing bidding strategies when assembling competitive bids and proposals.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
