**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Servers for an exhilarating two-week sporting event, from **July 20 to August 6, 2023**. As a server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued guests, ensuring their experience is unforgettable. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a high-energy event and contribute to its success while gaining valuable hospitality and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to event attendees, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly, including food, beverages, and any special requests.
- Deliver orders to tables or designated areas efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Offer menu recommendations and provide detailed information about available food and beverage options, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences when necessary.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service areas throughout the event.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations and overall event success.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of people.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic event setting.
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by the event schedule.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and delivery.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
