**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet, register, and schedule new patients, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Facilitate an excellent level of customer service efficiently by organizing and managing patient flow.
- Interact with MD, Clinic Director, Laser Therapists, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, and other Clinical Staff for optimal patient flow.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Prepare and complete Direct and OHIP billing, RA and claims rejections.
- Prepare and submit MVA treatment plans and invoices in a timely matter.
- Prepare Clinic Daily Financials.
- Other administrative tasks in support of Clinic activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in handling digitized Medical Records, EHR & Practice Management Tools.
- Medical Office Administration Diploma with a combination of education and at least five (5) years of administrative experience in managing the front desk at a multidisciplinary center or a clinical setting.
- Experience in OHIP billings.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Transcription.
- Proficiency in HCAI in preparing MVA plans and invoices is an asset.

**Skills**:

- EHR - York Med or Jane App experience is an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite - advanced level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and as priorities change.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative employing sound judgment, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to display positive and professional behaviour in dealing with physicians, clinicians, patients, co-workers, etc.
- Ability to display a high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information and documents.
