Description du Poste & Responsabilités

En tant que Spécialiste en Gestion des Contrats et Propositions, vous faites partie d'une équipe chargée de superviser la gestion quotidienne du processus de gestion des propositions et de la gestion des contrats. Vous serez responsable d'effectuer des examens d'assurance qualité des propositions clients et/ou des déclarations de travail pour en vérifier l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité, et vous veillerez à la conformité avec nos politiques de contrôle interne et nos normes de qualité.

Vous aurez également l'opportunité de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe juridique pour négocier des contrats avec des clients internes et externes de diverses industries. Vous pourrez appliquer vos connaissances générales en affaires et financières ainsi que vos compétences en gestion de contrats tout en assistant à toutes les demandes contractuelles et en ayant la chance d'apprendre et de travailler dans un environnement multinational.

Vous travaillerez dans un environnement coopératif, dynamique et orienté vers l'équipe avec des processus bien structurés. De plus, le Spécialiste en Gestion des Contrats et Propositions participe au développement, à la modification et à l'exécution d'initiatives d'amélioration des processus et de politiques d'entreprise liées aux opérations immédiates. Vous serez un lien important dans la branche de service, apprenant toutes les politiques internes, la culture et le rôle de Dassault Systèmes dans la société.
- Examiner et vérifier toutes les propositions et/ou déclarations de travail pour garantir un haut niveau de qualité et de conformité avec nos politiques et procédures de contrôle interne afin d'éviter les responsabilités involontaires.
- Examiner les enregistrements de propositions de projets dans la base de données du flux de travail de l'entreprise (PeopleSoft) pour s'assurer qu'ils sont exacts et complets ;
- Fournir des conseils aux nouveaux utilisateurs sur la création d'enregistrements de propositions et sur l'ensemble du processus de flux de travail commercial.
- Interface avec tous les groupes fonctionnels pour définir les besoins et les exigences des clients.
- Interpréter et clarifier les termes généraux des contrats.
- Participer à des réunions avec les clients juridiques internes et externes pour négocier des contrats.

Contract Management & Proposal Specialist
- Review and verify all proposals and/or Statements of Work to ensure a high level of quality and compliance with our internal control policies and procedures to avoid unintended liabilities.
- Review project proposal records in the Company’s business workflow database (PeopleSoft) to ensure they are accurate and complete;
- Provide guidance to new users on proposal record creation and the entire business workflow process.
- Interface with all functional groups to define needs and client requirements.
- Interpret and clarify general contract terms.
- Participate in meetings with legal, internal and external clients to negotiate contracts.
- Diplôme de premier cycle en commerce, administration des affaires ou discipline connexe en affaires
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente (gestion/administration des contrats) (dans une industrie des logiciels et/ou des services est un atout)
- Bonne compréhension des termes et conditions généraux des contrats
- Connaissance de PeopleSoft (un atout)
- Bien organisé et consciencieux
- Excellente attention aux détails et capacité d'analyser les risques potentiels
- Proactif et démontre une forte initiative
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement, à s'adapter à un environnement rapide, à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à respecter les délais
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement d'équipe
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or business related discipline
- 3-5 years related experience (Contract Management/Administration) (in a software and/or services industry an asset)
- Good understanding of general contract terms and conditions
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft (an asset)
- Well organized and meticulous
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze potential risks
- Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast pace environment, to multitask and respect deadlines
- Able to work in a team environment
