We're looking for a Customer Engagement and Communications Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team. You will help amplify our mission to power the world's best businesses by being the engagement & storytelling maestro responsible for collaborating with all key internal stakeholders in finding merchants who have unique, inspirational or heartwarming stories to tell and partnering with various communications teams internally to embed and amplify these stories across our global channels.

What you'll be doing:

- Identifying high-impact merchant stories by leveraging our merchant-facing teams as well as data and reporting
- Building and maintaining a searchable archive of impactful merchant stories so leaders and communicators can swiftly tap into the right content at the right time.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of our flagship products, modules and services (including Payment, Capital and B2B).
- Deftly managing relationships with merchants, from initial outreach and vetting to social monitoring/engagements and storytelling preparation.
- Lead & manage a tiered customer incentive program to be leveraged by Communications, Brand and Marketing teams.
- Support our global social community management efforts
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our flagship products, modules and services
- Identify high-impact merchant stories by leveraging our merchant-facing teams as well as data and reporting

- Excellent English and French communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Someone who is motivated by output, and can dig into the finest level of detail to understand what is driving a problem and provide essential takeaways
- You are focused on the customer experience and always want to do right by our merchants
- You have exceptional ROI-tracking skills, with the ability to set and report on success metrics, analyze data and recommend improvements
- You're comfortable leveraging tools and data to identify and solve inefficiencies
- Excel by seeking professional and personal hyper-growth
