**Your Opportunity**:
As the Grounds Maintenance Production Manager, you'll take the lead in orchestrating the efficient execution of our grounds maintenance services. Reporting directly to the Grounds Maintenance Account Manager, you'll oversee schedules, ensure quality control, manage teams, and optimize resource allocation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop and implement production plans aligned with client expectations and contracts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of maintenance staff, providing training and feedback for peak performance.
- Resource Management: Allocate labor, equipment, and materials for timely and budget-friendly project completion.
- Quality Assurance: Implement measures to maintain high standards and meet client expectations consistently.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fostering a secure work environment.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage equipment and material inventory, coordinating procurement as needed.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on production metrics, project status, and budget performance.
- Cost Control: Identify opportunities to minimize expenses while upholding quality standards.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs for skill enhancement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all lawn equipment is in optimal condition weekly.
- Winter Operations Management: Collaborate for smooth winter operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in grounds maintenance, with managerial experience.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and techniques.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Safety: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of mechanics.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 per year
- Company Vehicle: Provided after successful completion of the probationary period
- RSP/Pension Plan: Available after successful completion of the probationary period
- Health Spending Account: Available after successful completion of the probationary period

**Physical Requirements**:
This role may involve physical labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including heavy lifting.

**Salary**: $68,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
