**The Opportunity**

SkyHive is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Account Manager to work with its Fortune 500 customers. Your objective is to facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, which will be measured by their reference ability, customer satisfaction levels and increased annual recurring revenue levels. You will also seek out opportunities for new business upsell, cross-sell and services opportunities within those renewal customers.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure a world-class service experience to SkyHive customers through oversight and collaboration with fellow SkyHive colleagues, customers, and partners across the entire customer journey
- You will own, drive, and lead the renewals across all accounts, including executing contract renewals
- You will drive additional revenue through upsell and expand opportunities with existing clients, maintaining an accurate forecast
- Be accountable to excellence in customer success and customer delivery as measured through Customer Net Promoter Score and other measures such as product adoption and utilization
- Know your customers: their organization, their key people, and most importantly - their goals, and how they can use SkyHive’s products to achieve them
- Deeply understand SkyHive’s products, technical and operational use cases, and features, and be confident in recommending how your customers can use them for the best value
- Conduct regular business review meetings with the customer’s senior stakeholders around successes, challenges, and opportunities to expand capabilities, working collaboratively with the Product Implementation Manager, other SkyHive colleagues, and partners to ensure the customer achieves maximum value from their overall investment in SkyHive

**What You Will Bring**
- 5+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience preferably with large Enterprise/Fortune 500 SaaS organizations
- Experience with expanding clients across large enterprise deals, preferably with HCM/ATS/LMS products
- Curiosity and skill in aligning product use cases to business/organizational challenges and opportunities
- Experience resolving and communicating tactfully, both internally and externally, about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a confident, compelling communicator and presenter
- Ability to manage multiple customers and issues simultaneously, across different time-zones and countries
- Proven experience in prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
