Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise field operations related to water treatment and dewatering projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and report updates to upper management.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, answer inquiries, and provide project updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment and dewatering operations, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, including filtration, sedimentation, and chemical treatment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Safety certifications (preferred).

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
