The Radiation Medicine Program (RMP) at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is seeking a highly motivated manager, working under the direction of the RMP Chief and Director of Operations, to lead the RMP Analytics and Development (RAD) Team, which supports program-wide research, educational, and operational activities to help RMP achieve its strategic priorities and facilitate programmatic improvements. This role is highly collaborative, where the incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders across the disciplines of radiation oncology, medical physics, and radiation therapy to support the various research, clinical, administrative, and technical groups within RMP.

**Responsibilities**

The incumbent will undertake a broad range of administrative and managerial responsibilities to assist the Chief and Director of Operations, including but not limited to:

- Develop, implement, and monitor yearly strategic initiatives in alignment with RMP’s Strategic Plan.
- Develop and advise on strategic operational and programmatic leadership, direction, and oversight in key strategic initiatives.
- Develop, implement, manage, and review short and long-term plans which are in alignment with RMP’s goals and strategies.
- Assist in the monitoring of program performance through the development of data derived KPIs and dashboards to describe and predict patterns and clinical/business outcomes, as well as identify recommended courses of action under various scenarios.
- Interpret and communicate results and methods from complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.
- Prepare various internal and external communications materials and progress/impact reports.
- Recruit and manage a diverse team of research, clinical, and support staff.
- Perform cross-functional duties as assigned or requested.
- Work openly and collaboratively with various internal partners within the Princess Margaret and UHN, as well as external organizations (e.g., Ontario Health).

**Qualifications**
- At minimum, a Master’s degree in a health
- or science-related discipline, or recognized equivalent is required.
- Knowledge and skills in leading teams, organizational management, strategic planning, and fiscal responsibility.
- Experience in hiring and managing staff.
- Proven ability to work within tight and strict deadlines, as well as manage competing demands of short and long-term projects, and independently coordinate and prioritize relevant tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies and techniques quickly.
- Critical mindset and attention to detail are crucial.
- Project management experience, and ability to set and manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills will be required.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced complex, team environment.
