The Riding Fundraising Support and Victory Fund coordinator will serve as a support role to the Manager responsible for Riding Fundraising Support and the Victory Fund programs. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting riding fundraising efforts, by working closely with our Field program and our volunteer riding associations across the country.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Support the Manager, Victory Fund in coordinating virtual and in-person riding fundraising events with special guests across Canada
- Organizing and leading briefing calls with special guests and Riding Associations to provide planning assistance and ensure compliance with political fundraising regulations
- Responsible for tracking program performance by updating internal tracking tools, creating memos for senior management, as well as generating reports as needed
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of events with Party policies and Elections Canada fundraising regulations
- Maintain a budget and ensure all expenses are approved and fit within the budget
- Build positive working relationships across the region and with related teams in Ottawa
- Other duties as required

**You’ll need to have**
- Post-secondary diploma
- Skilled Administrator - Track a wide array of projects and ensure they are completed on time
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- Demonstrate judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
- Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and at least 1 year experience working with databases and CRM software; Liberalist and/or Salesforce experience is an asset
- Good communicator - Skilled at oral and written communications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French are highly preferred

Le coordonnateur du soutien aux activités de financement des circonscriptions et du Fonds de la victoire jouera un rôle de soutien auprès du gestionnaire du soutien aux activités de financement des circonscriptions et du Fonds de la victoire. Il sera chargé d’appuyer les efforts de financement des circonscriptions en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de notre programme terrain et nos associations de circonscription (ADC) bénévoles partout au pays.
