**In this role you will**:

- Analyze customer inquiries, complaints and conflicts to determine appropriate action
- Submit referral to Medical/Dental Consultants Manage correspondence/pre-determination letters
- Update certificate records
- Various other duties as required for special projects

- Impeccable telephone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Familiarity with Word, Outlook
