Jr. Claims Approver

(RWAM) is looking for a Jr. Claims Approver to join our Group Health & Dental Claims Team, in our Elmira, Ontario office

**In this role you will**:

- Adjudicate and process drug, vision, hospital, and routine dental claims with a limit of $1,500 per claim
- Follow claim procedures in a thorough and detailed manner
- Telephone communication with providers
- Submit referral to Medical / Dental Consultants
- Meet established service guarantees and maintaining productivity objectives
- Correspondence/ pre-determination letters
- Update certificate records

**For this role you need**:

- 2-3 years office experience
- Group insurance or Medical/Dental background an asset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform work carefully with few mistakes
- Ability to establish priorities
- Team player
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook
