The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting on maintenance performed by team members on production/manufacturing equipment ensuring mínimal maintenance downtime.

**When**:
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**What's expected**:

- Coordinates, monitors and reports on maintenance operations and ensures all worked performed is completed in accordance with company and regulatory standards:

- Assign maintenance activities, determining schedules and assigning work activities based on priority and availability of equipment, under direction of manager;
- Compile, analyze and report on inventory, repair and maintenance statistics;
- Monitor inventories ensuring relevant parts and materials are available;
- Source and purchase parts, tools, service and equipment.
- Coordinates with outside contracts and vendors to schedule specialized service and maintenance:

- Coordinating and scheduling repairs and planned and unplanned shutdown maintenance to production/manufacturing equipment;
- Assists with continuous improvement via the development, maintenance and implementation of operational plans, policies and procedures:

- Coordinates with other department, not limited to, operations, QES, HR, Accounting, Finance and Payroll to assist in the achievement of operational goals, objectives or process improvements.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by Manager.

**You have**:

- Two (2) years of Maintenance Coordination in a similar working environment, required;
- Possess a proven ability to demonstrate professional communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude;
- Excellent planning, research, organization, attention to detail and delegation abilities;
- Strong computer skills, with MS Office suite products;
- Valid G Driver’s License.
