**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team.

As the Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Payroll and various HR Duties
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Perform account reconciliations and review financial statements
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial reports
- Conduct financial audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in Accounting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft product and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in inventory costing in multi currency (mandatory).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll procedures.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Fonctions**:

- Gérer et superviser les opérations quotidiennes du service comptable.
- Paie et diverses tâches RH.
- Assurer le respect des principes comptables et des politiques de l’entreprise
- Effectuer des rapprochements de comptes et examiner les états financiers
- Surveiller les processus de comptabilité recevable et de comptabilité payable
- Aider a la préparation et analyser les budgets et les rapports financiers
- Effectuer des audits financiers afin d’identifier les axes d’amélioration
- Collaborer avec d’autres services pour rationaliser les processus financiers
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien au personnel comptable junior

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance.
- Expérience avérée en tant que comptable ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Solide connaissance des principes et des pratiques comptables.
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft et des systèmes ERP.
- Maîtrise du calcul des coûts d’inventaire en multidevises (Obligatoire).
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Solide compréhension de la budgétisation et des prévisions financières.
- Expérience des processus d’audit financier.
- Connaissance des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes clients et des règles de paies.
- Solides capacités de leadership et capacité à gérer efficacement une équipe.
