**Team Lead, Total Compensation and Employee Life Cycle Management**:

As a member of the Canadian HR team, the incumbent will manage a team that will participate in the analysis, administration and implementation of total compensation and employee life cycle management programs that are aligned to the business needs. The incumbent will act as a resource for the HR and management teams providing advice and recommendation on total compensation and employee life cycle management matters in partnership with the regional center of expertise and global management. **Your responsibilities**:

- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs such as group insurance, pension plans, short and long-term disability and wellness including key vendor management.
- Manage the activities related to employee cycle management such as: employee master data maintenance and employee services according to KPI’s and quality targets
- Manage the team towards the achievement of the team and employee objectives. Proactively grow the capability of the team, encouraging open discussion of development needs for the team and individuals
- Identify changes, propose and implement improvements to our programs and processes in order to provide a better employee experience and increase the efficiency of administrative processes.
- Go-to person as local specialist for expert services as well as global and local services regarding pension plans, group insurance matters, local programs and employee life cycle matters.
- Manage the deployment of global programs such as the annual merit increase and the annual incentive campaign and the employee share acquisition plan.
- Organize the renewal process for group insurance programs and the deployment of other local programs such as pay equity

**Your background**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience a leadership function related to compensation, benefits, pension or employee life cycle management, project management or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French. English will also be necessary as the scope of this role is Canadian
- Knowledge of SAP HR is an asset
- Experience working in large matrix organization is a must
