At the core of this vision is the pivotal role of the Store Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including employee roles, guest experience, and inventory. With a focus on maximizing sales and profitability through key business initiatives, the Store Manager sets the tone for the team, upholds operational integrity, and inspires a Best in Class experience for every guest. Actively engaged in the local community, the Store Manager serves as a guardian of our brand. This vital position reports directly to the District Sales Manager.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Manage and implement business policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new team members from within the community to develop top talent
- Provide world-class service to both customers and team members.
- Expertly resolve customer and employee concerns in a timely fashion.
- Uphold and execute merchandising guidelines as required.
- Ensure business is in line with all Cannabis Regulations.
- Review detailed business analytics reports and initiate strategies to identify business opportunities
- Initiate strategies to identify business opportunities and implement effective plans to that supports the success of the business
- Implement effective plans to leverage opportunities and ensure a world class retail experience.
- Train team members on all aspects of the business to ensure strong team cohesion and succession planning.
- Lead by example
- Ensure store needs are met through the implementation of scheduling guidelines and the monitoring and evaluation of key associate metrics.
- Communicate performance expectations to team members on an ongoing basis using both formal and informal methods.
- Foster a feedback driven work culture
- Determine the workload of team members to ensure a well-operated store that adheres to local regulations in all aspects of the business.
- Understand and be up-to-date on all Kiaro marketing campaigns and activations that are relevant at store-level
- Promote the Kiaro culture by becoming a Brand Ambassador and ensuring high levels of service and operations are maintained
- Develop a store culture of positivity and inclusion.
- Create opportunities within the community.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 4 years of retail or hospitality management experience.
- A coaching mentality; this position is expected to provide daily feedback to all positions.
- A leader by nature.
- Have some experience with business metrics.
- Can demonstrate superior communication skills especially as it relates to performance management of team members.
- Experience in training a team to ensure a strong succession plan is in place.
- Willingness to travel for training.
- Ability to execute corporate policies and procedures.
- Selling It Right Certificate **(required).**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
