**Job Summary**

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking a Store Manager to join our team.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a franchise bubble tea chain with over 4500 stores worldwide. We have opened 13 locations in Metro Vancouver for the last 5 years, and are going to grow more quickly in the next year. We provide training programs that equip you with the skills to succeed in any role at CoCo. No matter if you have experience in the food and beverage industry or not, we will walk you through every step along the way. Remember, there is no “I’ in “team”.

Store Manager Trainees will go through a structured training program during your traineeship, you will learn the fundamentals of store operations by rotating in different positions & shifts, get familiar with the business by participating in a variety of operational activities.

**The roles and responsibilities are as follows**:

- Participate in training and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service, quality bubble tea and desire sales goal
- Participate in develop and execute marketing plan to optimize business sales and expend new opportunities within the community
- Resolve customer’s concern and complaint
- Get familiar with day-to-day operations such as people management, inventory management and product management, etc.
- Prepare documents and update records such as daily journals and training progress reports, etc.
