**The position (Hybrid, in person and at home)**:We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and branding, and is excited about helping us create a recognizable brand by taking our social and content efforts to the next level. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In this newly created role, the Social Media & Content Manager will report to the Marketing Director in our US office. You will be responsible for the capture and creation of content, and and executing your strategies (posts, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) that engage our target audience. Your responsibilities are inclusive of, but not limited to the below.

1. **STRATEGIC THINKING**:
a. Develop and manage the social and influencer strategy in partnership with the Marketing Director that complements our broader marketing plan to engage consumers, and drive awareness and consideration.

b. Strategically identify needs, gaps and opportunities, whether related to social channel expansion, emerging platforms, social management tools, and content.

2. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT**:
a. Capture content at multiple locations: our warehouse operation, our tulip farm, or at our retailer.

b. Create and manage the content and social calendar across social platforms to tell diversified stories that are aligned with the brand marketing campaigns and business objectives.

c. Build project timelines and step-by-step expectations for the project. You will need to give directions and collaborate to manage the outcome of your project and tasks while functioning under tight deadlines, pushing boundaries of what you think is possible.

3. **IDEA GENERATION**:
a. By diving deep into our business and determining areas where we can improve, you will propose well-thought-out ideas.

b. Stay informed about competitor content and social strategies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for differentiation.

c. Perform social listening for TASC and its competitors in order to provide recommendations on ways to improve, optimize and expand TASC channels to remain competitive.

**4.** **COHESIVE STORYTELLING**:
a. Bring the brand identity to life through an authentic and consistent voice across multiple channels by developing high quality and engaging content. This includes copywriting for websites, with a particular attention to SEO; social and digital media; blogs; native content and more.

b. Design engaging social media content leveraging photo, video, influencer, UGC, etc.

c. Support the expansion of the TASC content library by helping create briefs and working collaboratively with photographers.

d. Create and issue briefs as necessary to communicate social campaign direction to teams/ content creators.

5. **COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**:
a. Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts ensuring timely engagement with followers and responses to inquiries and messages.

b. Be the voice of the brand within the influencer community.

6. **INSIGHTFUL REPORTING**:
a. Establish goals and KPI metrics for measuring and benchmarking efforts.

b. Leverage social media tools and analytics to track, measure, and report on content performance, making data-driven improvements.

**7.** **OMNI-EXPERIENCE**:
a. You will work to tackle the enormous challenge of bringing our experience as a goods provider to social platforms. We need to provide an online/social presence to drive in-store activity and its reciprocal, stimulating in-person experiences to drive online interaction. This modern challenge is how the consumer experiences us, TASC, from every outlet.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
