Montréal, Canada Canadian Salsa Dance Corp Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell tickets to customers in person or over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and accurately
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day
- Provide customers with event information and assist with seating arrangements if needed
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate ticketing information is available to customers
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal French/English and written
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and software, such as Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience preferred

Must be available May 15th-22nd, 2023.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 days

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
