**Specialist, Human Resources (Systems & Projects)** collaborates with our site Human Resources and Operations teams as well as Shared Services teams to collect business requirements, perform gap analysis, perform testing and maintain documentation related to the Learning Module within the CONNECT system. The incumbent will work as part of a team that supports the CONNECT system and provides support for other CONNECT modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Absences and Payroll. The incumbent will also support the implementation and maintenance of CONNECT Learning materials within the system, documentation manuals, and provide end-user training to various audiences. This is a key role as part of the Shared Services Human Resources team that supports the delivery of Regulatory and Compliance training for our team members across the organization, and supports ongoing learning and organizational growth, while delivering exceptional guest service and team member experiences.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Prepares and configures learning materials within CONNECT Learning
- Maintains the Learning Assignment Matrix which aligns Regulatory and Compliance and other training activities to positions across the organization
- Coordinates enrollment management and user support materials
- Provides operational support and issue resolution as the first level of support for end users and the company’s site HR and Operations teams, escalates technical issues to technical support teams and the system service provider, as needed, and follows issues through to resolution
- Prepares and maintains all CONNECT Learning department administration manuals and documentation including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams
- Works with Shared Services and site HR and Operations teams to collect business requirements and perform gap analysis to determine system requirements, as needed for on-going support of the CONNECT system and for future project phases of CONNECT Learning
- Conducts testing, reviews results and works with the Systems support team and other functional leads to implement and establish system workflows and functionality
- Prepares reporting based on business requirements, establishes reporting processes and coordinates with site HR and Operations teams in order to support CONNECT Learning activities and maintain Regulatory and Compliance requirements
- Maintains knowledge of the CONNECT system and the Learning module in order to support system enhancements and quarterly releases
- Audits and monitors data integrity within CONNECT Learning and runs usage reports to understand trends and areas for improvement
- Researches and resolves CONNECT Learning functionality issues and works with technical teams and vendors support services, as needed
- Educates users on CONNECT Learning and facilitates end user training
- Supports other CONNECT modules, as needed, including but not limited to Core HR, Absence and Talent
- Works with the CONNECT support team on any future implementation of other CONNECT modules which may include Recruitment and Onboarding, Workforce Compensation and the Talent Management suite of modules
- Takes on other duties as assigned
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or suitable combination of education and experience, including minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Operations, including a focus on project-based work
- Experience with cloud based HCM (specifically Oracle HCM Cloud) or other Cloud Learning Management Systems an asset
- Ability to assess business processes, conduct gap analysis and propose system workflow
- Experience creating and maintaining end-user documents and manuals
- Knowledge of tools such as HTML, streaming audio, video, compression methods, file types and formats an asset
- Driven self-starter, with a systems and project focus
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, enterprising, diplomatic and proactive at solving problems
