**Position Overview**:We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Clerk to handle essential day-to-day accounting tasks. This role focuses on managing bills, processing expense reports, and preparing GST/QST reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Pay bills and manage vendor payments.
- Process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Prepare and submit GST/QST reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts and monitor bank transactions for discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with general administrative accounting tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- MUST have Canadian DEC/DEP completed
- Familiarity with GST/QST reporting processes and clic secure
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
