**BPS** is currently seeking a talented, competitive Sales Representative to join our growing organization. As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the direct sales of our company’s services to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline building, identifying and qualifying target opportunities, meeting with prospective customers, finalizing and closing orders and following through to revenue. You will be provided with the latest technology, tools and training to ensure best chance of success.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **This position is a newly created sales representative role.**_ This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be an integral part of evolving our sales processes and growing along with the company.

**Key Job Activities**:

- Quote and sell Lawn Care, Pest Control, Animal removal and lighting services to current and prospective customers.
- In conjunction with the owner, develop and set specific and measurable sales targets (activity and revenue) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales strategies for our different services.
- Maintain a personal level of expertise of BPS’s services and competitive solutions.
- Develop customer lead activity through contacting our existing database, appointment setting of new leads, marketing campaigns, contacting property managers and business.
- Participate in developing sales and marketing plans.
- Assist in special projects and promotional campaigns.
- Keeping detailed reports on sales activities results, making recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Consult with customers to understand their requirements with respect to products and services that the business currently offers or is planning to offer.
- Establish personal relationships with current and potential customers.

Provide exceptional customer service which exceeds expectations on a regular basis.

**Required Skills**:

- Result oriented individual with a sense of urgency; self-motivated and have the desire to work at growing the company
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing successful business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales and service relationships
- Strong and polished professional communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and internet/social media

**Experience/Education**:

- 3 to 5 years prior sales experience is highly preferred
- Pest Control or Lawn Care/Landscaping industry experience highly preferred
- Property Management industry experience highly preferred
- **Must have a valid G drivers license**

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
