- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

- Leadership skills to guide and inspire young children
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and classroom activities
- Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes
- English language proficiency for effective communication with children, parents, and staff
- Time management skills to effectively plan and prioritize tasks
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a formal educational setting
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices (preferred)
