Our Operational Excellence team is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Manager to lead our efforts in process design, continuous process improvement, and training.

**The role**

**The responsibilities**

**Process Design & Improvement**: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

**Quality Management System Implementation and Oversight**: Support implementation of digital QMS, as well as its maintenance to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement practices

**Workshop Facilitation**:Organize and facilitate workshops to gather input, foster collaboration, and drive consensus on process changes and improvements.

**Communication**:Communicate process changes and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

**Project Management**: Oversee process improvement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

**Compliance & Certification**: Ensure processes comply with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, and support efforts for continuous improvement and certification.

**Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes and drive ongoing improvements.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify pain points, and implement solutions that meet business needs.

**Training & Development**: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about processes and the Quality Management System.

**The requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Engineering.
- 10 years experience implementing and maintaining digital Quality Management System.
- Proven experience in process management, design, and improvement.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, PROSCI, and Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
