The PMA provides leadership, promotes excellence, and represents its members within the university community. This is a non-unionized group with more than 800 members.

As a Membership Services Administrator, you provide administrative support to the executive team who deliver professional development, networking and special project work.

**What you’ll do**:
**Administrative Support**
- Serve as first point of contact for PMA members.
- Respond to routine inquiries, help answer policy questions and has the discretion to escalate more complex issues to the appropriate Executive members.
- Update members in database, and respond to member requests.
- Schedule meetings for executive, prepares agendas and minutes for Executive meetings (monthly).
- Prepares and maintains online information on website and other shared online servers as required.

**Programming Support**

**Membership**
- Serve as the first point of contact for members with inquiries or requests to join
- Update database and website
- Maintain list of members
- Send new eligible employees information about joining the PMA

**Special Projects**
- Help to administer and execute the Annual General Meeting, which includes updating digital survey tools, collecting committee reports, and ensuring materials are available on website.

- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong computer/technical skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to source information and make recommendations about issues and challenges that arise
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to practice good judgement related to taking initiative and consulting

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, ON
