Customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding in a timely manner. As the front line of support for customers they will help to ensure that customers are satisfied with the Orgill Canada services and features.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responding in a timely manner to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues
- Processing Orders and Claims requests, along with other clerical duties as required
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure and provide professional customer satisfaction and support

**Success Factors: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Maintain multiple databases and files
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Regular on-site, in-person attendance

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism (English and French) required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of previous customer service experience with heavy call volume is required
- Prior experience of two years in the retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, etc. is preferred
- Problem solving and answering a high volume of phone calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
