**How can you make an impact?**
We are now hiring an Account Manager for our Higher Education division located in the Edmonton area. You will be working on the forefront of education technology to support the evolving needs of the Higher Education market in Canada. Join a diverse team of new and experienced sales professionals that are creating a highly personalized learning experience that prepares students for the world that awaits. Work with Marketing and Product Management teams to execute strategies and work in a team environment that is supportive and collaborative.

**What you will be doing**:

- Creating value and growing revenue of your assigned territory by addressing the needs of the customers including students, professors, and the educational institutions.
- Making effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, developing and maintaining a systematic calling plan, and managing an up-to-date database of customer and sales information.
- Driving the integration of McGraw Hill’s digital solutions to address customer needs in an effective manner.
- Identify product & services development opportunities with the help & direction of the Product, Marketing, and Sales Management Teams.
- Contribute to regular field reports and forecasting information to your manager.

**We are looking for**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for technology solutions and sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills, highly-motivated, and the ability to excel through change.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative conversations and basic knowledge of Course Management Systems is desirable.
